Shipping policy
Every toy is printed and packed at the Lab in Texas, then handed to the carrier by a parent.
- Production: most toys are made to order. Please allow up to 3 business days for printing and quality checks (the play-test is real) before your order ships.
- Standard shipping: $4.95, typically 2 to 5 business days in transit.
- Express: $15, the fastest the carrier offers from central Texas.
- Free shipping: orders of $35 or more ship free with standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
- Local pickup: free at our market stall; dates at texastoylab.com/kids-market-austin.html.
We ship within the United States only for now. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. If a package goes missing, email and we will chase it.
