Refund policy
We want every toy from the Lab to be loved. If something is not right, here is how we make it right.
- Unused toys: return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. The toy needs to be unused and in its original condition.
- Defects: if a toy arrives broken or breaks in normal play within 14 days, we replace it free. No drama. Email a photo and we will get a new one printing.
- Final sale: The Oops Shelf, Genuine Printer Poop, and custom Imaginator prints are final sale (Oops toys are sold as blemished, and custom prints are made just for you).
How to start a return: email or call/text (512) 399-2625 with your order number. A parent at the Lab answers both. Return shipping for non-defect returns is paid by the customer; defect replacements ship free.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving back at the Lab.
